Visitors to our website

Our website uses a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect data and statistics about website usage and behaviours such as what pages are visited. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone and we do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Blog subscription emails

When you subscribe to our blog via our website we use your name and email address to send you an email when we publish a new blog. You can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email.

We use MailChimp as our automation platform. Your information will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

Contacting us via email

We use Gsuite for business to send and receive emails. Additionally Transport Layer Security (TLS) is used to encrypt and protect email traffic in line with the government requirements. If your email service does not support TLS any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.

Contacting us via live chat

We use a third party live chat provider, Tawk.To, to supply our live chat service which we use to handle enquiries in real time.

If you use our live chat service we will collect your name, email and the contents of your live chat conversation. This information will be retained within our live chat system for a period of 30 days and will not be shared with any other parties.

You can request a transcript of your live chat conversation by requesting a transcript during the live chat session.
